My love of gardening is complete - I do it for pleasure, for an artistic outlet, for the love of plants and, for the pure pleasure I get from being outside and working in the dirt!

I have been seriously gardening for 12 years. I have strong knowledge of plants (i.d. and placement), design, and maintenance. I am a certified organic gardener through Seattle Tilth. I've held a staff position for The Hardy Plant Society of Oregon. I have experience in residential garden design consultation. And, my horticultural education is ongoing.

Garden Mentoring Services:

Consultation: that is the time spent in your garden and a written follow-up noting what we discussed.
• I can assess your current garden, identify what you have & help you define what to keep and what to change.

Design: handmade drawings, a plant list and, a plan of attack - based on the outcome of a consultation.

Plant Shopping: with or without you

Plant Lists: based on a consultation of your yard, keeping your goals and ideals in mind!

Mentoring: educational gardening advice - done with you
• working with you in your garden, with a written follow-up for maintenance
• help you make (or make for you) a vegetable garden and teach you how to eat really local!

General Gardening: done without you; or, on a one time or, scheduled basis
